「龜之井酒造」之前曾挑戰把酒米的精米步合從33%精磨至22%，再破格的挑戰精米步合11%，經過120小時9天左右的時間，把25%精米步合的心白磨剩11%的癲瘋作品，可以感受到優雅通透的吟釀香氣之餘，酒體有著非常纖細的口感，達成完美平衡。
