立春朝搾り酒是指在每年立春當天搭正正午夜時份，立刻將酒上槽取酒，由裝瓶，貼標紙甚至裝箱都即場進行。而在裝瓶後如果還有時間的話，甚至會將酒帶到神社參拜，以祈求新一年家宅平安，順順利利，消災解困。是一種意味吉祥的新酒。
