此酒款由釀酒師 Christine 與 David Coudurier-Jung 創立的精品都市酒莊（Urban Micro-Winery）手工釀造，具有以下核心特色：
• 月相釀造：酒莊深度遵循生物動力法與自然節律，其「Supermoon（超級月亮）」系列特別選在超級月亮當日進行無過濾裝瓶。
• 低干預工藝：全過程採用重力流技術引流以保護葡萄完整性，不進行過濾、無澄清，且僅添加極低劑量的亞硫酸鹽（二氧化硫），保留最原始的自然質感與純淨果香。
• 風味與陳釀：於不銹鋼槽與開放式中性橡木桶中發酵，並使用約 20% 的新桶進行陳年，展現出布根地黑皮諾精緻、多汁且帶有手工感（Artisanal）的經典風土風味。
